Inclusion criteria: Cases of Umbilical Vessel Rupture at Our Hospital from 2023 to 2025;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete medical records (incomplete metabolic indicator tests), gestational age at delivery less than 28 weeks;
