Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal polyps (either sessile or pedunculated) with a diameter of >= 1 cm; 2. Age: < 80 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Patients hospitalized in 11 participating study hospitals and meeting the eligibility criteria of this study; 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking oral anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents with discontinuation of the drugs for less than 7 days; 2. Patients with other hematological diseases or coagulopathy; 3. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 4. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
