Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Suprathreshold Group: The Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School-Age Children-Present and Lifetime version will be carried out by two physicians with consistent training. The adolescents who are aged 12-18 and are diagnosed with major depressive disorder could be enrolled; 2.Suprathreshold Group: meeting DSM-5 criteria for Mixed Features; 3.Suprathreshold Group: The patient is currently in a state of mild to moderate depression without meeting the criteria for moderate mania or above (HAMD =7 and <24, YMRS <15); 4.Suprathreshold Group: Adolescents and their parents could give full informed consent and provide written informed consent documents. 5.Suprathreshold Group: The participants can cooperate with the scale examination and can participate in online training. 6.Suprathreshold Group: The dose of psychiatric medication was stable for more than 6 weeks; 7.Subthreshold Group: Adolescents aged 12-18 with PHQ-9 =10 and MDQ =6, who, as assessed by the K-SADS-PL interview, did not meet the diagnostic criteria for either major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder both historically and currently. 8.Subthreshold Group: Adolescents and their parents could give full informed consent and provide written informed consent documents. 9.Subthreshold Group: The participants can cooperate with the scale examination and can participate in training. 10.Subthreshold group: No psychotropic medications administered.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suprathreshold group: Meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. 2.Suprathreshold group: Presence of significant suicidal ideation or behavior, and/or evident non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), requiring additional treatment, crisis intervention, or more intensive psychological support. 3.Suprathreshold group: Subjects with a Wechsler IQ score <80, or illiteracy, or inability to cooperate with completing scale assessments and training. 4.Suprathreshold group: Currently receiving other forms of psychotherapy. 5.Subthreshold group: Meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia. 6.Subthreshold group: Subjects with a Wechsler IQ score <80, or illiteracy, or inability to cooperate with completing scale assessments and training. 7.Subthreshold group: Currently receiving other forms of psychotherapy.
