Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples with normal sexual life, where the female partner has not conceived in 1 year or more without contraception; 2. Patients with both fallopian tubes unobstructed (or at least one unobstructed fallopian tube with ovulation in the same ovary); 3. Patients who have completed all pre-IUI tests, both partners have normal chromosomes, no family history of genetic disease, no abnormalities in endocrinology, anatomy or immunity, and no endometriosis in the female partner; 4. Males who start IUI assisted reproduction cycle within 3 months after a semen examination; 5. Complete clinical data available.
