Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Clear consciousness, without severe visual, auditory, or communication impairments, and able to complete the questionnaires independently or with the researcher's assistance; (3) Provision of informed consent, voluntarily agreeing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe dysfunction of major organs (e.g., heart, liver, kidney) or major diseases such as malignant tumors; (2) Patients with diagnosed psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that would preclude cooperation with the intervention and evaluation; (3) Patients unable to use the WeChat function on smartphones or read printed materials for any reason.
