Aremefentanil Group:Aremefentanil 1.0 µg/kg is administered before skin incision.
Sufentanil Group:Sufentanil 0.1 µg/kg is administered before skin incision.

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic-assisted radical resection for colorectal cancer. 2. Aged 60–85 years. 3. ASA physical status Class I–III. 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18–30 kg/m². 5. Patients undergoing primary surgery. 6. Normal mental status, consciousness and cognitive function. 7. Written informed consent obtained from patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ; 2. Patients with central nervous system injury or craniocerebral trauma. 3. Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency and coagulation dysfunction. 4. Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse. 5. Patients with hypersensitivity to the study drugs.
