Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of single pregnancy; 2. Gestational age <12 weeks; 3. Own a smart phone and be proficient in using relevant apps; 4. Sign the informed consent form; 5. Aged 18 to 45;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been diagnosed with serious underlying diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, or mental disorders; 2. There are contraindications for long-term wearing of smart bracelets (such as a history of severe skin allergies); 3. It is planned to move out of Wenzhou during the research period.
