Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Diagnosed with sepsis (according to Sepsis-3 criteria) 3. Baseline renal function is assessable: Before enrollment, basic data such as Scr/urine volume can be obtained to determine "no AKI occurred at the time of enrollment" 4. Signed informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease: CKD stage 4-5 2. Patients who have undergone long-term renal replacement therapy 3. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation or solid organ transplantation 4. Patients with clear pre-renal, post-renal or nephrotoxic factors 5. Patients who have participated in other interventional clinical trials within the past 30-90 days 6. Long-term alcoholics and drug abusers 7. Pregnant or lactating women 8. End-stage patients
