18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years. 2.Diagnosed with Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma (papillary or follicular carcinoma) confirmed by preoperative fine-needle aspiration or postoperative pathology, and this is the initial diagnosis. 3.Scheduled to undergo the first radical thyroidectomy (lobectomy or total thyroidectomy, with or without cervical lymph node dissection). 4.Conscious, with sufficient literacy and comprehension skills to complete the questionnaires independently or with assistance from family members. 5.Voluntary participation in this study and provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other severe organ dysfunction (e.g., cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal failure) or psychiatric disorders/cognitive impairments that significantly impact quality of life or questionnaire completion. 2.History of other malignant tumors. 3.Presence of severe communication barriers (e.g., significant hearing or visual impairment that prevents assessment completion). 4.Deemed by investigators to have poor compliance, making it unlikely to complete all follow-ups.
