Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and for whom conventional drug treatment is ineffective or intolerable; 2. Age between 40 and 75 years old; 3. ASA I-II; 4. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score >= 3 points; 5. The patient or the patient's family has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid with other chronic pain disorders; 2. Complicated with severe liver and kidney function impairments; 3. Exhibiting obvious mental disorders; 4. Presenting severe anxiety and depression; 5. Accompanied by epilepsy; 6. Arrhythmia; 7. Individuals who have metal implants in their brain after surgery; 8. Pregnant or postpartum women; 9. History of drug abuse; 10. Participating in other clinical studies related to pain treatment; 11. for tTIS treatment; 12. Those who refuse to cooperate for other reasons.
