Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nursing interns, registered nurses on duty, and rotating nurses in the urology department of our hospital (among them, in - service nurses are required to hold the "Nursing Practice Certificate"). 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 3.Be able to understand the research objectives and procedures, and proficiently use computers or mobile devices for online learning and assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have planned to participate or have already participated in other urology - specific nurse training programs within six months before the start of this research. 2.Those who plan to take leave (such as maternity leave or long - term sick leave) for more than one - third of the training cycle during the research period. 3.Those who serve as researchers, coordinators of this study, or have a direct superior - subordinate relationship with the researchers (to avoid conflicts of interest and a sense of coercion). 4.Vulnerable groups other than the subordinates of researchers and employees of the research unit, including those with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.
