Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 6 to 12 years old; 2.ASA classification grades I to II; 3.Scheduled adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy; 4.Can be properly chewed with chewing gum;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having a history of severe nausea and vomiting or having upper gastrointestinal disorders (such as gastroesophageal reflux); 2.Recent use of anti-nausea drugs and drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility; 3.Severe tooth loosening (for teeth with dental crowns), temporomandibular joint disorders or surgical history; 4.Cognitive developmental disorders cannot cooperate actively. 5.Those who are allergic to the ingredients of chewing gum;
