Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients must have been diagnosed with stage III unresectable non-small cell lung cancer between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2025. 2.Patients with a clinical diagnosis record of driver gene-negative stage III unresectable non-small cell lung cancer and receiving the Pacific regimen or the Pacific regimen combined with Endostar as first-line treatment. 3.Patients in the Pacific regimen group must have received at least one dose of durvalumab. 4.Patients in the Pacific regimen combined with Endostar group must have received at least one dose of durvalumab and one dose of Endostar.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Received other regimens as first-line treatment prior to the first administration of the Pacific regimen. 2.Patients with a final tumor stage of IV. 3.Underwent surgical treatment during the Pacific regimen treatment period. 4.Positive for driver genes. 5.Previously received other anti-angiogenic drugs. 6.Concurrent with other malignant tumors.
