Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for patients with "classifying diabetes" (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus (1999 WHO criteria) (2) age of onset < 40 years old (3) family history of diabetes within three generations (4) Islet autoantibodies (GADA, IA-2A, ZnT8A, IAA, ICA) were negative (5) mutations of unknown significance or negative by whole exon or single gene targeted sequencing of diabetes-related genes (6) The guardian or the person signed the informed consent and agreed to complete the information and sample collection; 2."classifying diabetes" relatives inclusion criteria (1) relatives of patients with unspecified diabetes mellitus (2) Participants and/or guardians signed informed consent and agreed to complete information and sample collection;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed T1DM patients; 2. T2DM patients without family history within three generations 3. alcoholism, mental disorders or other unsuitability for observation; 4. patients with any disease that the investigators consider may interfere with participation in the study or evaluation; 5. other medical history that, according to the investigator's judgment, reduced or complicated the possibility of enrollment, such as frequent changes in work environment and loss to follow-up. Exclusion criteria for relatives with classifying diabetes 1. Alcoholism, mental disorders, or other individuals who are not suitable for observation; 2. Researchers believe that it may interfere with any disease patients participating in the study or evaluation; 3. According to the researchers' assessment, other medical histories that reduce the likelihood of inclusion or complicate inclusion, such as frequent changes in the work environment, can easily lead to loss to follow-up.
