Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Study Subjects: Included were personnel related to operating room scheduling in our hospital, including operating room nurses (including head nurses and auxiliary staff) and scheduling managers. 2.Work experience and scheduling records: Having worked in the operating room of our hospital for =6 months, with clear operating room scheduling records in the past 12 months, and participating in the routine operating room scheduling process. 3.Competency Level and Professional Title Coverage: All nursing competency levels (N0–N4) and professional title tiers (Staff Nurse, Nurse, Nurse-in-Charge, Associate Chief Nurse, Chief Nurse) were included to ensure sample representativeness. 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluded were those who had been absent from frontline operating room scheduling posts for =3 consecutive months in the past 12 months due to advanced training, off-the-job study, long-term sick leave, maternity leave, or other reasons. 2. Data incompleteness: Individuals with incomplete scheduling records in the past 12 months who cannot provide valid data for the construction and validation of the intelligent scheduling system. 3. Refusal to participate: Individuals who explicitly decline to participate in this study or withdraw midway.
