Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–80 years, any sex; 2.ASA physical status ?–?; 3.Undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 4.Induction regimen using propofol or fospropofol disodium as the primary sedative;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative nausea/vomiting or use of antiemetics within 24 hours; 2.History of chronic nausea/vomiting (e.g., gastroparesis, post-chemotherapy); 3.Allergy to propofol, fospropofol disodium, or excipients (e.g., lipid emulsion, soybean oil); 4.Severe hepatic/renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh C or preoperative Cr > 2 mg/dL), cardiac insufficiency (NYHA ?–?); 5.Long-term opioid or sedative-hypnotic abuse; 6.Pre-existing CNS disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, epilepsy); 7.Required secondary surgery or ICU admission during/after surgery; 8.Incomplete medical records preventing PONV assessment;
