18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged from 18 to 34 years; 2. No dyslexia; 3. Able to read Chinese; 4. Provided their informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.current suicidal ideation with intent and/or plan, or acute suicide risk (as indicated by screening assessment); 2.current or past psychotic disorder (self-reported clinician diagnosis or current treatment for psychosis).
