Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <=18 years; 2. Confirmed thyroid nodules by imaging with complete clinical data; 3.Underwent puncture or surgical treatment with pathological confirmation and intact pathological specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor image quality (e.g., ultrasound) or missing key information; 2.Unclear pathological diagnosis; 3.History of previous thyroid surgery or ablation therapy.
