PauwelsIII femoral neck fracture with bone defects

Interventions

Inferior Femoral Neck Defect Group:For the defect in the inferior region of the femoral neck, the FNS is placed in the middle and lower 1/3 section.
Superior Femoral Neck Defect Group:For the defect in the superior region of the femoral neck, the FNS is placed in the central position.

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral femoral neck fracture; 2. Fresh femoral neck fracture; 3. Closed femoral neck fracture; 4. Age>=18 years and<=65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological femoral neck fracture; 2. Alcoholics; 3. Patients who have been receiving hormone therapy regularly; 4. Femoral neck fracture accompanied by hip dislocation; 5. Subjects who were lost to follow-up; 6. Those with severe osteoporosis or other bone metabolic diseases that affect internal fixation; 7. Patients with surgical contraindications or severe systemic diseases that cannot tolerate surgery.
