Age

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years and < 75 years; 2. Gender not limited; 3. Esophageal cancer that has not undergone any related treatment, is clinically determined to be surgically resectable, and has no contraindications to surgery; 4. At least one measurable lesion (RECIST v1.1 criteria for evaluating the efficacy of treatment for solid tumors); 5. Clinical TNM stage I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous anti-tumor treatment; 2. Recurrence or non-first diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 3. Histopathological type of esophageal adenocarcinoma; 4. History of other chronic diseases; 5. History of long-term medication; 6. No adjuvant drug therapy after surgery.
