Elderly stroke patients with oral frailty

Interventions
Intervention Group (Oral Neuromuscular Training + Routine Rehabilitation Training):Based on routine rehabilitation training, oral neuromuscular training is implemented, including:
1. Preparation phase
Control Group (Routine Rehabilitation Training):Only receive routine post-stroke rehabilitation training, including limb function training and basic swallowing function training.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those assessed as having oral frailty according to the 8-item Oral Frailty Index (Oral Frailty Index-8, OFI-8); 2. Those who are conscious and can cooperate with treatment; 3. Those diagnosed with ischemic stroke and aged >= 60 years; 4. Those who have given informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of other organs; 2. Those currently participating in other research projects; 3. Patients who withdrew, transferred to another hospital, or died during the implementation process.
