Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years, no gender restriction; 2. Clinically diagnosed with differentiated thyroid cancer, scheduled for or having undergone radioactive iodine (¹³¹I) treatment (within 1 month after treatment); 3. Conscious, with normal language expression and reading comprehension abilities, capable of independently completing the questionnaire; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study, having signed a written informed consent form; no severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or other physical conditions that affect the ability to complete the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Cognitive dysfunction, illiteracy, or inability to complete the questionnaire independently; 3. Those who do not cooperate with data collection.
