Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with inflammation-related diseases admitted to the pediatric outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital were included, and their clinical symptom data as well as the test results of blood routine, CRP and SAA were collected. 1.Patients presenting with clear inflammation-related clinical symptoms at the time of visit (such as fever, respiratory symptoms, or gastrointestinal symptoms). 2.Complete blood count, C-reactive protein (CRP), and serum amyloid A (SAA) were tested during the same visit. 3.Complete medical records available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with confirmed immune system diseases or hematological disorders. 2.Patients receiving long-term immunosuppressive therapy or glucocorticoid treatment. 3.Patients with incomplete medical records or missing laboratory data.
