Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, gender not restricted; 2. Diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke according to the World Health Organization diagnostic criteria, presenting with acute focal neurological deficits, and confirmed by cranial MRI plain scan or diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI); 3. Able to complete baseline NIHSS scoring and 90-day mRS follow-up, with clear hospitalization records; 4. The patient or their legal representative signs a written informed consent form, demonstrates good compliance, and is willing to cooperate with the entire study and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; history of hemorrhagic stroke, transient ischemic attack, or stroke with significant residual effects (mRS score >2); 2. Presence of malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, severe cardiopulmonary disease, hematologic disorders, autoimmune diseases, or systemic infections/fever; 3. History of surgery, trauma, or fracture within the past 2-3 months; 4. Refusal to participate in the study, inability to sign informed consent, or presence of communication difficulties making it impossible to cooperate with NIHSS assessment, mRS follow-up, or data collection.
