Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <18 years; 2.Underwent cardiac surgery with simultaneous right internal jugular vein catheterization. 3.Intraoperative TEE confirmation of catheter tip position. 4.At least one chest X-ray must be performed postoperatively, and the central venous catheter must remain in place during at least one chest X-ray examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.No complete intraoperative TEE recording; 2.The chest radiograph image quality is poor, making it impossible to accurately identify the carina or ductal tip. 3.A chest X-ray was performed after the postoperative catheter was adjusted or removed. 4.Critical data is missing and cannot be supplemented.
