18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Possess a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate or Physician Practicing Certificate; 2.Have worked continuously in a gynecologic oncology department for =1 year; 3.Have not received systematic specialized training in shared decision-making for palliative care; 4.Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and provide signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Healthcare professionals who are scheduled for or anticipate an extended leave of absence (=1 month) during the study period (e.g., due to maternity leave, sick leave), rendering them unable to fully participate in the training and follow-up procedures; 2.Healthcare professionals who participated in the preliminary cross-sectional survey for model development but explicitly declined to engage in subsequent phases of the research;
