Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the ICU for the first time and with a stay of >=48 hours; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Patients and their families can use WeChat and have certain listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities; 4. Patient or family consents to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to the start of this study; 2. Patients currently having mental illness, consciousness disorders, and communication disorders.
