18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Definite diagnosis of unilateral fresh valgus impacted femoral neck fracture confirmed by X-ray and/or CT imaging examination; 2.Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3.Intact motor function of the hip joint before injury, without obvious limitation of motion or functional impairment; 4.Clear history of trauma to the affected hip, with a closed injury mechanism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological femoral neck fracture; 2.Previous surgical history of the affected hip joint; 3.Concomitant ipsilateral intertrochanteric fracture, femoral shaft fracture and other related injurie;
