Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–80 years, and clinically suspected of having head and neck vascular diseases on initial diagnosis; 2.Voluntarily undergo photon-counting CT examination and provide informed consent to participate in this study; 3.Be able to cooperate with the completion of the examination and subsequent follow-up, with complete clinical and imaging data available for collection; 4.Renal function indicators (serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen) within the normal range or showing mild abnormalities;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to iodinated contrast media; 2.Patients with severe hepatorenal insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, or severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., acute myocardial infarction, acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage); 3.Pregnant or lactating women;
