Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 60 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 Edition), with a Kellgren-Lawrence grade of >=3, and scheduled for total knee arthroplasty (TKA); 3.Stable functional status, able to complete assessments; 4.Patient/caregiver with smartphone and WeChat proficiency; 5.Signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute conditions (e.g., heart failure, infections, severe organ failure); 2.Diseases affecting rehabilitation (e.g., Parkinson’s, hemiplegia); 3.Severe cognitive/psychiatric disorders or inability to comprehend study.
