Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary EMPD confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2025; 2. With complete clinical data, standardized dermoscopic images (non-contact, polarized light mode); 3. Anatomical location of the lesion is clear (external genitalia/axilla), and clinical data are traceable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary EMPD, Paget's disease of the breast, combined with other cutaneous malignancies; 2. Dermatoscopic images are blurred, and topicalns interfere with image observation; 3. Clinical/pathological data missing, unable to complete feature assessment.
