Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nursing staff in the orthopedic & vascular surgery ward of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and non-intravenous treatment specialist nurses. 2.Inpatients using venous indwelling needles in the Department of Orthopedics & Vascular Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in the study, patients with mental illness, and those who could not communicate with each other.
