Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the PPD high-risk group: (1) During the early pregnancy period (less than 14 weeks), there is an assessment of possible depressive tendencies by EPDS (score >= 13 points); (2) Age >=18 years old; (3) Have established a medical record at Fudan University Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and plan to give birth. Inclusion criteria for the PPD low-risk group: (1) During the early pregnancy period (less than 14 weeks), there is no obvious depressive tendency assessed by EPDS (score = 18 years old; (3) Have established a medical record at Fudan University Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and plan to give birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of confirmed severe health conditions (e.g. eclampsia-severe preeclampsia, malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, brain injury, paralysis, etc.). (2) History of mental disorders before pregnancy and/or during pregnancy, and/or history of medication for mental disorders.
