Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Confirmed diagnosis of diabetes. (2) Age over 18 years old, gender unrestricted, no aphasia or intellectual disability, and no communication barriers. (3) Voluntary participation in this study and having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases that seriously threaten life, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and coagulation function disorders, etc. (2) Patients with other diseases that impair vision (such as age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, etc.) (3) Excluding those with a history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness.
