Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group 1. Voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Have probing depth >= 6mm; 3. Teeth with positive bleeding on probing (BOP). Control group 1. Voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Healthy teeth with periodontal health (probing depth <= 3mm, no inflammation) and no caries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental Group 1. Recently (within 6 months) underwent periodontal treatment; 2. Have systemic diseases (such as diabetes, etc.); 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients Control Group 1. Have systemic diseases (such as diabetes, etc.); 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
