18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years old, with no restriction on sex; 2.Clinically suspected pulmonary hypertension with right heart catheterization performed as the reference standard; 3.Availability of at least three chest radiographs; 4.Adequate image quality of chest radiographs without significant occlusion or artifacts; 5.Complete electronic medical records and follow-up information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary diseases that could significantly affect chest radiograph interpretation (e.g., advanced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe heart failure); 2.History of lung transplantation or thoracic interventions resulting in significant alteration of thoracic anatomy; 3.Missing imaging data, poor image quality, or incomplete clinical or follow-up information.
