Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. According to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014", acute ischemic stroke was diagnosed by head CT and/or MRI; 3. The condition is stable 12 months after stroke treatment; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. The healthy control group selected individuals who had no previous mental disorders, no family history of grade one or two mental disorders, and did not meet the syndrome criteria below the threshold

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-vascular brain dysfunction (such as primary brain tumors, subdural hematoma, etc.); (2) Transient ischemic attack and subarachnoid hemorrhage; (3) There is a history of vascular dementia or emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety; (4) There are visual, hearing, language or cognitive impairments, making it impossible to complete the examination; (5) Combined with other neurological diseases (such as PD, epilepsy, etc.).
