Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) immediately after birth; 2.24-28 weeks of gestation; 3.singleton;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.withdrawal of treatment due to social factors; 2.complicated with severe congenital diseases, such as complex congenital heart disease, chromosomal abnormalities, etc. 3.Twin or multiple gestation;
