Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergo carbon-13 breath test and painless gastroscopy simultaneously; 2. no history of antibiotic or acid-reducing medication use within the recent two weeks; 3. sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor physical condition, with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, coagulation disorders, or other organ tumor diseases that cannot tolerate endoscopy; 2. History of antibiotic or acid-reducing medication use within the last two weeks; 3. Those unwilling to participate in this trial.
