Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients are: (1) Diagnosed with stage III or IV cancer according to the 8th edition of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual, with locally or distantly metastasized cancer cells and no response to curative treatment; (2) Aware of diagnosis, prognosis and treatment; (3) Diagnosed by an oncologist with a prognosis of <=6 months; (4) Aged 18 years old or older; 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers are: (1) Family members who have a direct blood relationship, marital relationship, or legally recognized care relationship with the patient; (2) Designated by the patient as a decision-maker involved in the patient's treatment; (3) Aged 18 years old or older;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients and family members: 1.Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ score >= 3 points); 2.With communication disorder; 3.With a history of mental illness.
