Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical record standards: Accept patients who underwent one of the following two target surgeries, with clear surgical coding records—Cholecystolithotomy (CGPS, 51.0400x005, 51.0401); Cholecystectomy (LC, 51.2200, 51.2300); 2. Clear diagnosis and normal gallbladder function: Abdominal ultrasound confirms gallstones or there is a clear record of gallstone diagnosis during this hospitalization, with gallbladder wall thickness 40%; 3. Age: 18-80 years; 4. Complete information: Possess a valid ID number, and have at least one preoperative abdominal imaging examination with a complete report.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined biliary-related diseases, including structural diseases of the gallbladder, complex structural diseases of the bile ducts, hepatobiliary stones, severe cholecystitis, severe cholangitis; 2. History of gallbladder-related surgery: partial cholecystectomy history, previous gallbladder-related surgical history; 3. Severe pancreatitis; 4. History of malignant tumors; 5. Active tuberculosis infection; 6. Combined major organ dysfunction: severe heart dysfunction, severe lung dysfunction, severe liver dysfunction, severe kidney dysfunction; 7. Combined with other severe diseases: including severe immune diseases, severe coagulation disorders, severe heart dysfunction, severe kidney dysfunction, severe lung dysfunction, severe liver dysfunction; 8. History of major abdominal surgery, including bowel resection-related surgery, pancreatic resection-related surgery, stomach resection-related surgery, splenectomy-related surgery, radical bladder resection/reconstruction, liver resection-related surgery, radical hysterectomy/pelvic clearance history;
