Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Planned elective resection of PPGL, with a preoperative diagnosis based on imaging (abdominopelvic CT) and laboratory tests (24-hour urinary/plasma catecholamine assays); 3.Planned continuous invasive arterial pressure monitoring during surgery, allowing for acquisition of complete hemodynamic data; 4.Voluntary provision of signed informed consent; 5.Ability to cooperate with preoperative CGM monitoring, AI evaluator assessment, and postoperative follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intraoperative hemodynamic parameter missing rate >= 20%; 2.Postoperative histopathological exclusion of PPGL diagnosis; 3.Concomitant cardiac paraganglioma or metastatic PPGL; 4.Presence of severe cardiac disease (e.g., severe valvular disease, severe heart failure, etc.) that may independently lead to intraoperative hemodynamic instability; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Presence of mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication disorders that preclude compliance with study procedures; 7.Refusal to undergo CGM monitoring or preoperative anesthesia evaluation by the agent; 8.Occurrence of major diseases such as acute myocardial infarction, stroke, or severe infection within 3 months prior to surgery; 9.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh Class C, eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m^²);
