Gynecologic Malignant Tumor

Interventions

Group with routine postoperative care combined with bicycle intervention for gynecological malignant tumors:Start supine recumbent bike exercise 6 hours after anesthesia awakening when vital signs are
2.Assist the patient in putting on non-slip socks
3.Place both lower limbs on the pedals and secure them
4.The patient actively pedals the bike, and the nurse gradually adjusts the resistance based on tolerance
5.Each session lasts 20 - 30 minutes, twice a day
6.Gradually increase the resistance and duration based on the adaptation.
Implement routine postoperative care for gynecological malignant tumors:1.Comprehensive preoperative assessment and health education
2.After regaining consciousness from postoperative anesthesia, assume a semi-recumbent position and turn over and pat the back every two hours
3.Limb movements on bed: Flexion and extension of the upper limbs for 10 sets each time, 3 to 4 times a day. Lower extremity ankle pump exercises (dorsiflexion of the foot, plantar flexion, and ankle
4.On the first day after the operation, assist in getting out of bed and moving around, and assess dizziness and gastrointestinal reactions
5.Provide a comfortable environment, dietary education and psychological care.

30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 30 to 70 years old, with the consent and cooperation of the patient and their family members; 2. Diagnosed with cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, or ovarian cancer, and scheduled for surgery within a limited time frame. 3. Muscle strength of both lower limbs >= Grade 3, with no movement disorders; 4. Anesthesia method: General anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe organic diseases, mental illness, or brain injury surgery; 2. Users of psychotropic drugs; 3. Those with impaired consciousness, non-cooperation, or language communication barriers; 4. Those with a history of fractures, joint diseases, or lower limb surgeries; 5. Patients in the bleeding stage, patients in the hypertensive stage, and those with abnormal cardiopulmonary function
