Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery for the first time and were 18 years old or older; 3. Those who were admitted to the resuscitation room after the operation and returned to the ward after resuscitation; 4. According to the 8th edition of the International Pathological Staging Criteria for Lung Cancer, patients diagnosed with lung cancer are standardized.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of mental illness; 2. Those who have unclear consciousness, communication barriers and are unable to fill out the questionnaire correctly; 3. Those who suffer from other painful diseases;
