18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 50 years (inclusive). 2. Regular menstrual cycle ranging from 21 to 35 days (inclusive), with cycle variation less than 7 days within the 1 year prior to surgery. 3. Pathologically confirmed endometriosis by laparoscopy and histopathological examination, with complete clinical and pathological data. 4. Presence of dysmenorrhea. 5. Complete clinical data, including demographic information, medical history, examination results, surgical records, and pathological reports; clear documentation of last menstrual period or sex hormone results to allow determination of menstrual cycle phase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients complicated with malignant tumors
