Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliant with EULAR/ACR 2017 IIM classification standards;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Any history of acute or chronic infection or chronic inflammatory disease; 3. Any malignant tumor and current malignant tumor; 4. Chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension; 5. Those with other rheumatic diseases.
