Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 60 and above; 2. Diagnosed with hip fracture in accordance with the "Guidelines for Diagnosis, Treatment, and Management of Hip Fractures in the Elderly (2022 Edition)", including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture of the femur, and subtrochanteric fracture of the femur; 3. Patients who visit our hospital for the first fracture injury to undergo hip replacement surgery or internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological hip fractures caused by osteomyelitis or malignant tumors; 2. Patients with major injuries, old fractures, or multiple traumas; 3. Patients with malignant diseases, combined with severe internal medical conditions, or important organ dysfunction; 4. Those with consciousness disorders, severe cognitive impairment, or mental illness.
