Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Not having undergone Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy; 3. Confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection via urea breath test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking any medication for Helicobacter pylori infection within the four weeks prior to selection, such as antibiotics, bismuth compounds, or PPIs; 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3. History of gastrectomy; 4. Malignant gastric tumours; 5. Gastroduodenal ulcer with recent bleeding or signs of bleeding within the past 4 weeks; 6. Alcohol consumption or use of anaesthetics; 7. Following specific diets, such as vegetarian diets, traditional Chinese medicine, or weight-loss regimens; 8. Allergy to any study medication; 9. Pre-existing severe diseases or clinical conditions that may interfere with the assessment of study outcomes, including hepatic or renal impairment, cardiac disease, etc.
