Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the Nengli Duo formula milk group: (1) Infants aged 1-5 months after birth; (2) Mothers with insufficient lactation or unable to breastfeed; (3) Parents/guardians who can read and understand Chinese; (4) Parents/guardians willing to feed the infant only with the provided formula as required for at least 4 weeks during the study (formula 720-960 mL/day); (5) Parents/guardians willing to continue feeding the infant with the provided formula under the guidance of medical staff after the infant starts complementary foods (formula 600-800 mL/day); (6) Parents/guardians give informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for the feeding control group: (1) Infants aged 1-5 months after birth; (2) Fed with other formula milk; (3) Parents/guardians who can read and understand Chinese; (4) Parents/guardians give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Local residency for less than 6 months; 2. Infants diagnosed with food allergies, severe congenital diseases, genetic metabolic disorders, etc; 3. Currently using formula foods for special medical purposes (FSMP); 4. Participated in another nutritional intervention trial; 5. Breastfeeding accounts for more than 20% of the total milk production. 6. A baby whose parents have a history of severe allergies or whose doctor has assessed a high risk of allergies (the baby may have a high sensitivity constitution).
