Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, underwent full abdominal and lumbar spine CT scans; 2. No history of spinal surgery, tumors, or trauma; 3. No history of hormonal medication use or endocrine disorders (e.g., Cushing's syndrome).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe scoliosis or vertebral fracture; 2. Image artifacts compromising measurement accuracy.
